Justin has more than eight years of dedicated experience in the development of CDS, including all aspects of corporate governance, strategic planning, capital acquisition, policy and procedure development, operations oversight, employee development, and human resources.

Since 1990, Robert has had vast experience with information technology and project management. Mr. Schmitt's areas of expertise include design, development, deployment and oversight of databases and multi-media applications.
